About Ritika:
Ritika joined Edutine in 2024 with a deep passion for education and a drive to empower others through learning. As Tutor Support Director, she has played a key role in strengthening the backbone of Edutine’s mission, its dedicated team of tutors. Through her leadership, Ritika has introduced new systems for tutor training, support, and community-building, ensuring that every tutor feels equipped and inspired to make a difference. She remains motivated by the potential of peer-driven education and is dedicated to helping every tutor receive the support they need to succeed.
Passions:
Outside of Edutine, Ritika is passionate about dance, teaching/helping at other local nonprofits, and spending time with the people she loves!

What I love most about Edutine is how it turns individual passion into collective impact. It’s rare to find a space where tutors and students grow together, where every small effort genuinely matters.
